The Parent Connection Inclement Weather Policy St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School normally follows the directives issued for Prince William County when road or weather conditions or other emergency situations are severe making it impractical to operate school. There may be times when it is not reasonable to follow these directives, for example, when PWC is closed due to bus transportation difficulties, when PWC is closed on subsequent days following severe weather, or when the PWC schools close early during the school day for inclement weather. St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School will announce closings on local radio and TV stations when possible. The school's website (homepage) and the school voice message system are the main source of announcements regarding closings. Parents are asked to refer to the website or call the school phone system when radio and TV stations do not broadcast the announcement. Back to The Parent Connection
