Uniform Code

• Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will wear the full uniform as described below
• Boys in grades 5-8 will wear Aquinas blue plaid ties. Ties are optional for girls in grades 7-8
• Leather dress shoes in a solid color (black, dark brown, or dark blue), either loafer style, buckle, or Oxford (lace-up). Navy and white or black and white saddle shoes are permissible for girls. All shoe styles must have a distinguishable heel of no more than one inch in height. Boots, moccasins, deck shoes or ballerina type shoes with no sole are not permissible styles.
  Shoes must be kept in good condition: leather shoes should be cleaned or polished regularly, and lace-up shoes should have laces replaced as soon as they become frayed or torn. Lace-up shoes must be kept tied at all times, and all shoe styles must be worn properly (i.e., fully tied or closed; foot fully inserted into the shoe.) Students are encouraged to change into sneakers for PE and recess
• Uniform apparel should be in good condition. No ripped or ill fitting clothing

Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will follow the Grades 1-4 uniform code modified in the following way: Students may wear sneakers or school shoes. (All white sneakers are not required) Belts are not required Teachers may assign special days where students are not required to wear their uniform

Summer Uniform Grades 1 – 8 August to October 19 and from April 19 to the end of the school year Navy shorts and white polo shirt with Aquinas crest (Polo shirts must be purchased from Flynn & O’Hara) Girls in grades 1-6 will wear the navy one panel skort. Girls in grades 7-8 will wear the navy two panel skort. Both skorts must be purchased from Flynn & O’Hara White socks (Knee socks or ankle socks as described above) Regular uniform shoes or all white athletic shoes Students in grades 1-8 must wear a black, navy, or dark brown belt Students who choose not to wear shorts may wear regular uniform skirts or pants with white polo shirt with Aquinas crest. No ties.
