Thank you for your interest in St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School and in Catholic education. It is our pleasure to share information with you about our school. Our admissions process for the school year has already begun. Completed applications are due to the Admissions Office as soon as possible if you wish to be considered for the 2008-2009 school year.

Our application process includes a Student Application that should be completed for each student. This is STEP 1. Additional application documents are required and are part of STEP 2. These documents vary depending on the grade of each student.

We hope the table below is an aide in helping you complete the application process. Student applications will not be reviewed until the application fee and all required documentation have been received in the Admissions Office.

    We hope the table below is an aide in helping you complete the Student Application. Applications need to be submitted with the following items in order to be reviewed.

    Checks made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School.
    Parent Report submitted with application To be completed by parent or guardian and included with student application.
    Student Questionnaire
    		Complete the upper portion of the form, including parent/guardian signature. Forward to your child’s current teacher. Teachers may return the form to you or return the form directly to the Admissions Office.
    Copy of most current Report Card and Standardized Test Scores
    w/application
    		 Include with the application for grades 2 - 8.

    ACCEPTANCE Acceptance is contingent on the following factors:

    • Space available in each class after current Aquinas families have re-registered
    • Current Aquinas families who have other children applying to St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School
    • Families of registered parishioners of Our Lady of Angels, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, and Sacred Heart Churches
    • Academic records
    • Pre-Kindergarten applicants must be 4 years old by September 30, 2008. Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 30, 2008, and first grade applicants must be 6 years old by September 30, 2008.
    Additionally, the Principal may request an interview with middle school applicants.

    Completed applications will be reviewed and notification as to the status of the application will be mailed. Applicants will be placed in a waiting pool if spaces are unavailable. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Karen Cardinale at (703)491-4447, ext. 216.
